Overview

A Paraplanner is required by a highly successful, expanding financial planning firm based in Solihull. You will work directly with one or more Advisers, and also be responsible for an IFA Administrator. Your main responsibilities will include Information gathering and analysis for new and existing clients (processing letters of authority, collating and analysing information, reporting to adviser); Conducting research (in conjunction with other paraplanners and advice team); Preparation of Suitability Reports for adviser sign-off; Preparation of Illustrations/Key Features Documents and all necessary information to support the advice process and meet compliance requirements; Record-keeping and recording of information to ensure compliance sign-off; Dealing directly with clients for routine enquiries and administration; Ongoing maintenance of company processes and procedures relating to new business and client servicing. You will be Level 4 qualified with experience of producing suitability reports and undertaking product research. In addition, you will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills and an eye for detail.
