Overview
Site Manager The client I'm working with are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join the team. They are an established regional contractor that are based in Dorset, specialising in bespoke and high end residential schemes. They currently have a project based in Lymington which consists of a 9 unit new build project. You will be required to successfully deliver the project through to completion managing the site team and ensuring the project is kept within budget. What are the requirements for this position? You must have experience in the residential sector You must have experience being a lead on site CSCS managers card SMSTS First Aid Full UK driving licence Excellent management & communication skills What are the benefits?
