OD/ HR Advisor Liverpool 3-6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional to join a dedicated, fast paced and forward thinking Organisational Development team It's an exciting period of change for this business, who employ approx 1500 over 3 sites, and this individual will work closely with and support the HR Business Partnering team in providing expert advice on a range of HR situations. To be considered for this role, you will have solid experience in an Advisory level role, with a focus on Organisational development process. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards, and have experience in Organisational development project work, The role: Advise, coach, guide management on a range of HR issues. Effective implementation of OD policies, reflecting on company Vision & Values. Support the Talent lead in Recruitment, retention and apprenticeships Stakeholder, Management, and Union relationship Management Development of policies and process Offering up to £29000 Depending on level of experience An immediate start is required
