We are situated on the outskirts of Stockport, close to the M60 and local train station. This 79 bedded home has four dedicated units providing nursing care to people with complex medical needs and for those with dementia. We also offer specialist care to those with enduring mental health conditions . Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons' Dementia Care Framework You will be delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, your daily tasks will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they feel part of life in the home. This will see you providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference. You also will develop relationships with our residents’ relatives which will support you in understanding their needs more and developing that personal care. If you are a hardworking team player who wants to work in a thriving community, understand what is important to those you are caring for and make sure their lives are as happy as they can be, then the role of a Care Assistant could be perfect for you.
