Service Desk Analyst - global technology leader £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience Weybridge Surrey Our client a global leading technology company are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for all incoming service desk services queries via system, e-mail, telephone. To log support calls (tickets) in Service Desk system(s) and attempt to resolve the issue, passing those calls which cannot be resolved to specialist teams (Level 3). And take ownership of queries until resolved by communicating L3 and customers. Essential Skills - Good experience of MS Office and IT Support 2 years of software development testing. Multi-OS support experience for smartphones and tablets running Android, iOS and Windows 10. Customer approachable attitude and a customer focused (proactive rather than reactive) person, who will always try and improve the relationship with the customer. Identifying problems before they occur Must be prepared to work a shift pattern that covers the hours 07:00 to 18:00 Good verbal and written communication skills - not afraid to 'chase up’ colleagues regarding progression of requests Well presented and professional Must be accurate and precise in recording information Be able to prioritise their work Co-operative, supportive and flexible Team player
