Overview
Senior HRBP sought for a leading international banking client, City-based. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class HR service to both Front and Back Office clients. You will act as a partner to the business, support the Bank through a period of organisational change and facilitate the continued growth of their operations. Experience working in the Financial Services sector, such as Banking or Asset Management, would be ideal but our client is open to candidates from other sectors. You should have excellent knowledge and experience of HR, strong stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen. German-speaking skills would be helpful. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HRBP to contribute to the continued growth and expansion of our client's banking operations in London and the wider EMEA region.
