(Mandarin or Cantonese speaking) Finance Manager/ Management Accountant: 215488DN This is a perfect opportunity for a Finance Manager (Mandarin or Cantonese speaking) seeking a role with increasing commercial responsibilities with a growing international powerhouse. I am partnering my client in their search for a polished Management Accountant who is keen to develop and become the Head of Finance in 2 years. 1. Management and Supervision Supervise 2 individuals Interact with Hong Kong 2. Budget Be the key person in the budgetary processes 3. Financial Reporting Month end and year end close 4. Analysis Identify opportunity and profitability 5. Operation Cash flow forecasting VAT and CIS returns Oversee and coordinate the annual audit Requirements & Skills: Mandarin or Cantonese Language Skills Prior experience in SAP is an advantage Preferably previous experience in property management CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent - Qualified or Finalist.
