Sales Administrator Elstree, Hertfordshire £24,000 Pension 23 Days Holiday Parking If you enjoy working in a happy and productive environment then this position for a Sales Administrator could be the ideal role for you Some of your duties will include: - Providing an efficient post sales product support services for customers - Managing a high volume of incoming calls and providing technical support for customers - Dealing with product returns, repairs and requests for replacements products - Managing repairs which are completed under warranty and processing required paperwork - Dealing with any new sales orders received and ensuring these are processed efficiently - Updating technical knowledge manuals and ensuring these are issued to clients Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
