NEW Cashiering Administrator Opportunity To Work For A Leading Pensions Provider In Wokingham Do you have previous office based experience in a finance related role (ideally to incorporate bookkeeping, cash book & reconciliations) and are currently seeking a long term opportunity that is based in Wokingham? Do you have previous experienced in the handling of payment requisitions and /or pension scheme accounting plus knowledge of an accountancy / cashiering package (Previous Sage experience would be especially beneficial as well as Excel, Word & Outlook)? This well established and highly professional organisation are currently looking to recruit within their Wokingham office a Cashiering Administrator to join their friendly and highly professional team The Cashiering Administrator will work within the Client Banking function and be responsible for the effective administering of client bank accounts, on behalf of our clients pensions administration clients and the key responsibilities & accountabilities are summarised below:- Daily raising of cheques and electronic payments for pensions schemes Maintain cashbooks for pension schemes using CashFac, SAGE & Aviary accounting systems. Liaise with scheme(s) Pensions Administrators, clients' companies accounts departments for accounting information. Daily banking. Preparing monthly bank reconciliations. Preparing Income & Expenditure Reports at requested intervals. Applications for this unique opportunity are particularly invited from applicants with previous office based experience in a finance related role to ideally include payroll, book keeping, cash book and bank reconciliation. Experience in the handling of payment requisitions would be preferred and a working knowledge of an accountancy /cashiering package desirable (Previous Aviary Profund and CashFac VBTexperience would be of particular advantage) Although not a pre-requisite a working knowledge of Pensions Scheme accounting would be advantageous and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook will ne necessary If you have a good general education (GCSE Mathematics grade B or above or equivalent qualification) and finance experience and attention to detail of such a vital role then we would like to hear from you.
