This large property and housing organisation are looking to expand their team to allow all their customers to receive a high level of service. Client Details We are proud to be working alongside a large housing company based in Oldham. This well-established company are seeing huge growth in their business and looking to expand their Customer service team to reflect this, and hire a Customer Advisor. Description first point of contact for all customers answer all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner provide help and support to customers resolve any customer complaints, or where this not possible escalate them to management meet KPIs and targets in line with business growth plans provide high level of customer service Profile customer service experience good computer skills strong communication skills, both verbal and written able to build relationships and rapport with customers organised and driven Job Offer Development opportunities £18K - £20K salary.
