Job Role; Customer Service / Account Manager Location; Oldham - relocating to Salford in the next 12 months - needs to be a car owner / driver Salary; basic £17,000 - £19000 plus benefits - Consultants; Karen Reynolds and Andrew Schofield With our Client we are looking to appoint a Customer Service / Account Manager - this role is for a professional who has a real passion for the delivery of the highest levels of Customer Service at all times. You will be working with some of the UK leading retail chains. On a day to day basis you will work across prioritising Customer Queries / Service Delivery issues processing Returns - Debits and Credits booking Shipments across the UK and Europe input of Customer Orders responding to Emails and sometimes Telephone queries ad hoc duties Our Client is passionate about Training and Personal Development - and can offer a long term career plan and personal development.
