Overview
SytemOne Trained Receptionist Needed TPP are currently working with a busy GP Surgery located in Brentford who are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their team. Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Pay : £9.00 - £9.50 depending on experience Duties: Greeting patients and being first point of contact to all visitors Booking, cancelling, rescheduling appointments Liaising with clinical and non clinical staff Ensure patient's information is up to date Answering all incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals Previous experience within a NHS GP surgery using SystemOne is essential. You must be happy to undergo a basic DBS check, or have a DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months.
