The team is expanding and are looking to recruit in the Central / South East region - Candidates can be living in Essex, Northampton, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London Summary: Fantastic opportunity to move away from direct patient care, yet continue to maintain your NMC by working as a Nurse Advisor / Trainer . This is a global manufacturer and this division specialises in IV equipment. As a Nurse Advisor you will be managing Hospital based product installations - training and demonstrating equipment to Nurses, advising on 'best practice'. Managing and prioritising your own work load across a large geographical region. The Role(s): Nurse Advisor position(s) with a global healthcare group. Working with a leading range of Infusion (IV) devices, pumps, syringe drivers and related consumables. Once a new hospital contract has been won by the sales team you will be managing that accounts on a daily basis in terms of training, product application and customer contact . This will involve delivering hands-on product training, advising on best practice, carrying out product evaluations and meeting customer expectations. Managing and prioritising your own work load across a large geographical region There is no patient contact; this is a clinical teaching and customer management role. The role is full time Monday-Friday. This is a permanent position created following an internal promotion. Location: The team is expanding and are looking to recruit in the Central / South East region - Candidates can be living in Essex, Northampton, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London The ideal candidate will have/be: Registered Nurse (or Midwife) with an aptitude for training and excellent ‘people skills’. Current NMC registration and a full driver’s licence are essential. Critical care or community experience is desirable BUT most post-registration experience considered You will also need the flexibility to travel outside of your area to attend meetings (staying over) and provide periodic cover in adjacent areas. You will receive all the training you need to become a product champion and you will be supported by a team that will help guide and inspire you to exceed your potential. The Package: The starting package is £34Kpa (starting basic salary is £30Kpa plus an annual service bonus of £4Kpa which is paid annually) Annual salary review. Fully expensed company car (good choice), laptop and iPhone. Private healthcare, pension, £5 per day lunch allowance, annual NMC paid Full training and excellent prospects within the group.
