Overview

We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our complex care team to provide care for a young child with complex needs in the Uttoxeter area. Currently the hours are 16.30 - 22.00 hrs 3 days a week and 10.00 - 20.00 hrs every Saturday and occasional overnight care. The package is expected to grow with many more hours becoming available, particularly during school holidays. The child has cerebral palsy and a visual impairment and can display challenging behaviour on occasion, therefore applicants must be able to stimulate and engage with the child in order to promote positive behaviour. What we're looking for from you: At least 1 year of recent paid experience in care within the UK, some of which, preferably, in Complex Care A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential 2 good references We're also seeking people who are: Passionate about providing care Friendly and approachable Have a 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude We'd love you to join our team.
