The company is extremely well-funded and are currently on a growth trajectory whereby they will continue to expand, which will mean some great opportunities to progress in the near future to Finance Manager. The Management Accountant role is newly-created, and has arisen as a result of that growth. The Role: Reporting into the Finance Director who has a great track record of mentoring colleagues, the business are looking for an ambitious Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant who can support the Finance Director with the Management Accounts and other exciting projects. As the Management Accountant, your duties will include but not be limited to: Responsibility for the production of monthly Management Accounts Calculating and Tracking accruals Supporting the Finance Director with any ad-hoc tasks Assisting in the implementation of new systems Revenue reconciliation and completion of Bank Reconciliations Liaising with external stakeholders What we need to see (essential): ACCA/CIMA Finalist or Newly Qualified Prior experience working in the music industry Excellent communication skills A passion for music What we'd like to see (bonus): Previous work within royalties or publishing in the music industry Experience within TV or Film Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Bonus: Study Support if required, Discretionary Bonus & Private Healthcare If you are interested - to be considered for the role please forward your CV or ring
