Overview
Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 there may be a delay in the recruitment process for this role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Customer Service Administrator to join our established and successful client based in Hemel Hempstead. The Technical Customer Service Administrator is responsible for all customer inquiries including (but not limited to) technical support, general purchase questions, order fulfilment, education, product training and general problem solving across all product lines. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound emails and calls to ensure complete customer loyalty Communicate progress, changes, and all issues to customers in a timely manner Fully understand the workings of the equipment and associated products to a level suitable enough to support customers in carrying out their own repairs or identifying the need for escalation and on-site visits depending on the product Management of e-commerce system and back office management software Own problems and provide solutions Assist other team members with workload as required What the client are looking for: At least 2 years’ customer service experience Technically minded Ability to manage a busy workload Upbeat, positive and flexible approach to work Confident communication skills Flexible, adaptable able to deal with a variety of different people What’s in it for you: Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Benefits: Parking,25 days holiday, Discretionary Bonus, Pension Scheme (5% employee contribution and 7.5% employer contribution) Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection Plan Great training Friendly and supportive team environment Please note due to the number of applications we often receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
