Head Chef Berkshire - Cafe I am looking for an experienced and enthusiastic head Chef to join the restaurant team at this beautiful site in Windlesham. You will work alongside the general manager to ensure the business is operating smoothly and efficiently. You will be solely responsible for the daily running of the kitchen. Main Duties: Team management Stock and cost control Food preparation Compliance with COSH Adhere to all health and safety and personal safety regulations Maintain paperwork to company and EHO standard Manage the ROTA for all kitchen staff Carry out monthly stock checks Staff training and development This head chef vacancy in Windlesham will see you working around 48 hour per week between 7.30-4.30 5 days out of 7 including weekends. In return there is a salary of £27,000 PA plus tips and 28 days holiday. This will suit a seasoned head chef that is looking for more flexibility to their work life.
