They looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to push on and work with the Restaurant Manager and mange this busy and very stylish restaurant that serves lunch and dinner . The ideal candidate for the position will ideally come from an award winning /rosette accredited property however this is not essential as bright, cheerful and smart candidates with high standards in the industry will be considered. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be required to run the small restaurant on a day to day basis and be very much a welcoming ‘face’ of the restaurant. The working pattern for the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be 5 days out of seven, as the business requires. It is essential for the Assistant Restaurant Manager to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality. The Assistant RestaurantManager should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress further in the industry and a passion for the highest standards.
