Sous Chef - Thame - £27 - £30k Benefits I am looking for an experienced sous chef to join this amazing brand on the outskirts of Thame, Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity to join a well established, premium brand of hotels. You will also cover the Head chefs days off and holidays, so it is essential you are a real manager of people also and can command respect from your team. This Sous Chef position in Thame will see you working around 43 hours per week across 3 doubles and 2 half days. An attractive salary of £27k - £30k is on offer plus service charge, use of gym, spa and pool, discounted rates across the brand and 28 days holiday per annum.
