Sous Chef - £30,000 - West Cornwall A high-end food restaurant, award winning, not chasing stars but putting up great local fresh food. Not fussy or pretentious, good food served brilliantly in a relaxed setting. We are looking for a Sous chef that can lead the team, develop the menu, share knowledge and be a good role model to the junior chefs. This is not a corporate role, this is hands on, working with local suppliers to put up the best possible Gastro style food, not led by fashion, but by the diner. Simple ingredients, not fussy, not over complicated but done really well. Bags of scope to progress to Head chef, if wanted, within the group, good benefits, work-life balance and a team effort. 45 hours on average, no more.
