Chef De Partie, London, £25,000 - £26,000 Company Information - My client is a well established contract caterer that has a portfolio of high profile venues and restaurants around London which offer private dining experiences, hospitality events and commercial restaurants. This site has a head office with approx 600 people based on site. Job brief - You will be working within the main kitchen within brigade of 4 chefs supporting on both the staff dining and hospitality which can vary from brasserie dining style plated lunches and dinners to finger food, buffets for 200. You will be working across all sections of the kitchen and be responsible for managing the day to day running of this section. This will include ordering and ensure all mis en place is done accordingly with the business needs. As this is a events/hospitality venue, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to last minute requests. The Ideal chef de partie – An experienced chef de partie that has cooked similar numbers in hospitality/events. You w ill need to show enthusiasm and passion in you food and is also keen to learn and develop their own skills in the kitchen.
