Chef De Partie-Country House Hotel We are currently working with a Beautiful 4AA red star country house hotel in North Yorkshire. We are currently seeking a chef de partie to join the vibrant brasserie kitchen team that pride themselves on their accomplishments and food style. The food style utilises the best quality ingredients available cooked using modern techniques some of the produce is grown in the kitchen gardens. The hotel has won numerous awards and is one of the premier dining venues in Yorkshire. The kitchen brigade work 4 and a half day over 7 split shifts, in a busy and exciting brasserie setting. Overall we are looking for a self-motivated forward thinking individual to join this already successful brigade Candidate Role: · Assist in the daily running of all sections of the kitchen · Work with the senior team to develop the overall running of the kitchen · Assume joint responsibility for the overall running of designated sections throughout the kitchen · Maintain strict health, safety and hygiene protocols · Ensure consistency in your work · Participate in daily food prep and cooking in service · To maintain all hygiene and safety standards with emphasis on health and hygiene. · To produce and deliver high quality food to our customers, in accordance to the standards agreed. · To assist the senior chefs by being creative, flexible and proactive in reviewing menu content and product standards.
