Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ashfield District Council for an ASB & Triage Team Manager to join our team. You will be based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield and will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, as our ASB & Triage Team Manager we will offer you a competitive salary of £31,371 - £33,799 per annum, plus casual car user payment where necessary. The ASB & Triage Team Manager role We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate ASB and Triage Team Manager to be responsible for the management and leadership of the Council’s Anti-social Behaviour and Nuisance Officers and the Community Safety Integrated Services Hub Triage Team. The team manages a high volume of wide ranging demands incorporating ASB, Nuisance, Noise and Environmental issues related to all domestic properties including Council tenants and your role is to provide leadership and supervision to ensure your team effectively and efficiently manages cases and customer contact. You will be responsible for developing the team, recruitment and ensuring all policies and practices are fit for purpose and performance managed. You will need specialist knowledge of investigations, legislation and enforcement tools and interventions relating to anti-social behaviour, statutory nuisance and housing enforcement including breaches of tenancy to approve enforcement Our ideal ASB & Triage Team Manager You will need to be resilient, and an effective communicator to confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
