A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen at a fresh food restaurant in the Newquay region of Cornwall Role: A holiday resort in Cornwall with a fresh food restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen team.Due to its location this venue is especially busy during the high season so it is important that all chefs at the venue are capable of working well under pressure.As Chef de Partie you will be preparing simple, fresh dishes for the 70 cover restaurant which is a popular dining venues for the guests. Requirements: A Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has good skills working with in a busy, fresh food restaurant is needed for this position.The ability to work well within a strong team where you will continue to learn and progress is essential.
