A popular West Yorkshire fresh food pub is currently seeking a Sous Chef Role: A Souc Chef position is available at a high volume, fresh food where you will be creating modern British pub dishes as well as some classics and specials for the busy restaurant.The pub is also a popular venue for private functions with buffets and private dining events which you will also be expected to be cater for.In this role of Sous Chef you will be second in command in the kitchen working closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the busy service times run smoothly but also assisting with the kitchen admin and the training/ organisation of the junior chefs. Requirements: A strong Junior Sous Chef or experienced Sous Chef who has been working in similar kitchens based in high volume, fresh food pubs where you developed strong all round cooking skills is needed to take on this role.The ability to work to high standards whilst under pressure is essential for this position.
