Sous Chef-3 Rosettes

We are recruiting a sous chef for a 3 rosette restaurant. The restaurant is very high profile in the area and is renowned for quality chefs passing through the kitchen. The restaurant is owned and managed by a husband and wife team that have dominated the food scene in west Yorkshire in their careers. The environment is very friendly and flexible with a down to earth management style. The Food styling has traditional influence but has adapted to modern techniques, offering their diners a unique experience in the region. The restaurant also operates a very successful and busy events company from the restaurant operating from some of the regions finest venues. It is also imperative that you are competent in the smooth running of the said events.
