Overview
A Chef de Partie role is available at a leading hotel in Gwynedd where you will be cooking to high standards Role: A country house hotel that offers its guests fantastic quality dining in the award winning restaurant is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working in a structured kitchen environment which has excellent equipment and is well maintained.The position will see you preparing fine dining dishes foe the restaurant, afternoon teas and catering for the banquets/ weddings that take place at the venue.The Head Chef will offer you plenty of opportunities to train in order to ensure you can meet the high standards they have put into place. Requirements: A Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in high quality kitchens where you were cooking to at least two AA Rosette standards is required for this role.An ambitious chef who wishes to continue learning in a standards focused kitchen would be ideal.
