A vibrant pub located in Derby is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen Role: A Chef de Partie position is available at a modern pub that offers its customers menus featuring sharing boards, pizzas and grills in a relaxed dining environment.The pub has a fast paced kitchen regularly serving 100 covers with all dishes made from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients.As Chef de Partie you will be trained on the expectations of the kitchen and will then be expected to run your section to the standards that in place. Requirements: This role needs an experienced Chef de Partie who has been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens where you were cooking for large numbers of covers on a daily basis.The ability to work well within a busy team of chefs is essential for this role.
