A village pub in the Chesterfield region of Derbyshire is seeking to appoint a Head Chef Role: A village pub that is a real destination for diners is seeking a Head Chef to take control of the kitchen which serves classic pub meals.Part of a pub company this property has branded menus with a combination of bought in and freshly prepared dishes featured but freedom to create your own specials.This role of Head Chef will need a strong kitchen manager who can ensure the financial performance of the department meets or exceeds the targets set by head office whilst also following hygiene regulations, managing your small team of chefs and delivering the standards expected by your customers. Requirements: A Head Chef or strong Sous Chef who has previous experience managing a high volume, pub kitchen is needed to take on this role.A strong team leader with a good financial awareness is needed to take on this position.
