Overview
Our client is an established company working in the financial services industry and positioned to continue increasing the scope of their customer solutions and services. They require a Graduate Tester with a minimum of a 2:1 in a relevant field or related STEM subject. Ideally, a graduate who is looking to develop a career in the IT Industry, who has either little experience or even work placement experience in the industry. The Tester will be working on writing and executing a mixture of manual and automated test cases. The main areas or responsibility are: Functional testing Preparation/review of test plans and scripts Providing feedback to the IT Development team Execution of manual and automated tests Preparation of test strategies The technology stack of the main platform is Angular and .NET Core with Azure SQL hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, deployed via Azure Dev Ops pipelines. Previous experience in these technologies would be beneficial but not essential. Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor or Cypress equivalent would also be beneficial.
