As a Senior Administrator, you will be providing full admin support within a busy team, and is the ideal opportunity for an individual who has already gained experience within an FS environment, and looking for a role where you will be challenged everyday. Description This is a varied and challenging role, and is the perfect opportunity for a Senior Administrator who loves to work in a position where every day will be different. A snapshot of duties will include ; Training and coaching fellow team members Monitor and check the accuracy of other team members work Assist with the testing of a new online system, and train team members when launched Monitor and review client enquiries, ensuring high accuracy Produce client documentation, reports and welcome packs Assist in the collation and production of management information Profile This is the perfect role for a Senior Administrator who has already gained experience within the financial services industry within a similar role. You will have detailed knowledge and understanding of client reporting, and possess or be working towards an IOC qualification. In addition, you will be an outstanding communicator, equally comfortable speaking to people over the phone, senior managers or your own team.
