Overview
Sanderson HR & Talent Acquisition are working exclusively with a medium sized professional services firm with ambitious growth plans to identify a Resourcing Manager for a permanent position based in a prime central Bristol location. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing a resourcing strategy that attracts high quality candidates from graduate level through to experienced hires. Through effective direct sourcing, targeted advertising, employer brand development and internal/external networking the Resourcing Manager will play a crucial role in emerging this organisation as an employer of choice within its industry sector. We are looking for motivated individuals who actively stay abreast of recruitment trends, best practice activity and technological advancements. What are the key responsibilities? Creation of a resourcing strategy that supports the ambitious growth plans of the organisation with a focus on developing the employer brand. Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders with a focus on developing hiring manager capability. Build effective relationships with third party organisations such as Schools and Universities. Lead the continuous development and improvement of recruitment practices and processes. Required Knowledge and Skills: First and foremost you will have extensive experience of end to end recruitment and the development of resourcing strategies, ideally within the professional services industry. You will be a motivated, resourceful and innovative individual will a passion for hiring talented individuals and developing employer branding.
