Overview
Our client, a highly regarded private dermatology clinic, is looking for a Clinic Manager to lead the team. Your role You will help the company deliver clinical excellence, maintain the high standard of patient service and boost staff performance. Summary of key duties: You will ensure that all team members provide a high level of customer service, so that the client journey is exceptional from start to finish. You will monitor the clinic facilities and services to ensure the clinic meets regulatory guidelines and company protocols. You will assess current practices and performance and ensure that staff and facilities are being utilised efficiently, implementing new methods where necessary. You will oversee staff recruitment and your team’s ongoing development. You will monitor staff performance, providing feedback, guidance, motivation, and reward where appropriate. You will also assess where performance is not adequate, and deal with any disciplinary processes. You will coordinate the efforts of the clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure that every patient journey runs smoothly, and the clinic excels on patient experience. You will monitor clinic targets and help drive business growth by ensuring that team and clinic goals are met or exceeded. This is an exciting role for an ambitious clinic manager. Skills and experience required You must have experience of managing teams and facilities in a private healthcare setting. You must have good knowledge of the CQC and clinical standards, commercial awareness, and the drive to deliver an excellent service to patients.
