Purchase Ledger Manager

Our client are a well established business based near Harpenden are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their growing team. Managing a team of 5 the role will be responsible for: Overseeing team resources, objectives and targets on a day to day basis Taking responsibility for complex and escalated queries and disputes Working as a key member of systems improvement and processes project teams Producing key KPI reporting packs and performance reviews Preparing BACS payments and payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy Managing standing orders and direct debit payments Managing supplier accounts in order to prevent financial risk What we are looking for; Must have previous accounts payable experience Previous experience of managing a team Must have experience working in a larger high volume environment Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement attitude Highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines AGY - Vitae Financial Recruitment We Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
