Great opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a well regarded commercial law firm as a patent litigation PSL on a 12 month fixed term contract. THE ROLE This role involves working with a more senior professional support lawyer as well as IP partners, associates and trainees. The primary responsibilities of the position are compiling materials relating to patent litigation, research and corresponding with lawyers in other jurisdictions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE This role would suit a qualified lawyer with some IP litigation experience, ideally including some patent litigation. You should have the confidence to work with a high level of autonomy and have an interest in worldwide legal systems in the field of patent litigation.
