Residential Conveyancing Paralegal A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal is wanted for a fantastic York based opportunity with a dynamic law firm. Applications are invited from ambitious, hard working Residential Conveyancing Paralegals or Legal Assistants looking for an opportunity to progress their careers in a forward thinking firm of Solicitors. Salary is upwards of £20,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will join a busy, friendly team assisting with a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, and checking of purchase contracts and deeds, mortgage condition approval, production of completion statements and processing of money laundering checks. Applications are invited from ambitious, hard working Residential Conveyancing Paralegals looking for an opportunity to progress their careers in a forward thinking firm of Solicitors. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years Conveyancing experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain focus at all times especially during busy completion days.
