Residential Property Solicitor - York The Firm: -Leading Legal 500 law firm with offices across North Yorkshire -Acts on behalf of a number of major international businesses -Established close knit team The Role: -You will be working in an established highly supportive team running the full remit of residential property transactions -There will be an element of business development working closely with the department manager building client relationships -The role is varied and will involve handling a caseload from inception through to completion and will include: Sales and purchases Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property Extensive client contact Remortgages Leasehold flats Newbuilds Transfers of Equity Requirements: -Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience in handling the full remit of conveyancing transactions -Excellent team player -Able to build new and long lasting relationships with clients -Ability to cope with a highly diverse workload Benefits: -This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to work within a highly regarded law firm in the centre of York -Flexible working will be considered Apply now For immediate consideration or for more information apply now or contact Katherine directly on BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
