Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner My client, a multi award winning property practice based in Manchester city centre is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly and vibrant team. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to c£45K with a fantastic bonus and flexible working supported. The role will involve managing a mixed caseload to include sales and purchase, shared ownership and leasehold and freehold. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience handling their own caseload, a good general knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process and be well organised with the ability to work under pressure. You may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, CLC qualified or an experienced fee earner. The firm are experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such have opportunities at various levels.
