Overview
Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout the North West are seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Paralegal for their Kendal office. The Conveyancing Paralegal role will involve handling a small number of Residential Conveyancing matters of your own covering; Sales & Purchases, Re Mortgages and Transfer of Equity on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties, whilst also assisting a Conveyancer on their caseload. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2/3 years Residential Conveyancing experience with ambitions to manage your own caseload; from taking instructions to completion they must be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational abilities and show a clear understanding of SRA Code of Conduct, any previous case management system experience would be an advantage.
