Private Client Solicitor – Head of Wills & Probate Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £££ Competitive dependent on experience Benefits: Flexible working, bonus scheme, free parking, contributory pension, private healthcare Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are currently recruiting for a Head of Wills and Probate opportunity at our client a Legal 500 recognised firm. Our client describes themselves as a modern firm who pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer care and as such are recognised by Lexcel. The firm offers a range of legal services for businesses and private clients and has been growing strategically over the last few years. As such, they now require an experienced Solicitor to lead the Wills & Probate offering for the firm. The role will predominantly involve managing an existing full case load of quality files as well as supervising a Trainee Solicitor. Applicants should be self-motivated and have the energy and drive to develop their career. This would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE who is looking for a step-up into running a department, or those already with management experience. The role would suit a Solicitor who enjoys marketing, networking and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the future development and expansion of the team in line with the firms plans.
