Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful lawyer will manage an existing caseload of private client matters alongside the management of junior staff members. Additionally, the successful lawyer will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the team. Responsibilities • Estate administration • Will drafting • Applications for grant of probate • Establishing and administrating trusts • Inheritance Act claims • Contentious probate matters • Planning for later life • Managing a trainee solicitor • Participating in marketing and business development initiatives The Candidate • A qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE • Technically proficient in private client including wills and probate • Possesses outstanding communication skills • Previous experience managing junior staff members will be essential • Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Demonstrates an aptitude for business development and marketing The Firm Established in 2000, our client is a niche and ever-growing law firm.
