Property Litigation Solicitor Manchester I am working with an international full-service law firm who are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well-regarded team in Manchester city centre The Role Based in the heart of Manchester city centre you will be involved in advising an impressive list of clients from PLC's, to developers and financial institutions etc on a broad range of Property Litigation matters including: Landlord and Tenant disputes Contract Disputes Dilapidations Title Defect issues About You You should: Be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, or a general Commercial Litigation Solicitor with solid property litigation experience Have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain and build client relationships Have strong academics 2:1 or above at degree level Be excellent technically Work well within a team but be confident enough to work independently The Team and Firm The team is strong in Manchester and nationally.
