Complex RTA Fee Earner
Overview
A rapidly expanding and highly regarded national, full service law firm with offices across the UK is expanding their Liverpool office and is seeking a passionate, experienced and confident RTA fee earner with a solid background in litigation to join their rewarding and supportive RTA department. The Personal Injury team as a whole is recognised across the Merseyside region for their quality work and solid structure. You will be working within a large, well established RTA department working on an autonomous caseload of complex litigated fast track (& borderline multi-track) RTA claims, which you will handle from instruction through to settlement. You will be an experienced RTA fee earner (litigation executive or paralegal) or qualified solicitor with a solid background in dealing with litigated fast track and or multi-track RTA claims. You will have full support from administrators and legal assistants within the team to ensure that the claims process runs as smoothly as possible and that you can deliver the highest level of service to your clients. You will be working in one of the most supportive and progressive teams on Merseyside, where you will be fully supported to progress and reach your full potential - there is no glass ceiling On offer will be a competitive salary which will be in line with your experience or PQE, along with full company benefits.
