Legal 200 practice in Oxfordshire requires a talented and proactive Family Wealth Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This is an outstanding new vacancy at a Legal 200 firm in Oxford for a family wealth solicitor. Managing your own independent caseload of private client matters, you will also supervise junior members of the team. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities • Wills and probate • Estate planning • Setting up and advising on trusts • Estate administration • Powers of attorney • Inheritance tax • Tax planning • Dealing with complex cases The Candidate • Solicitors with 3 – 6 years’ PQE • Ideally a member of STEP • Solid experience in family wealth is essential for this role • Able to work as part of a team, whilst efficiently running an individual caseload The Firm Our client is a top Legal 200 practice with a raft of accreditations and a string of offices across the country.
