Overview
A leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team on a permanent, full time basis. The Role The team covers the full remit of commercial law. As the successful Commercial Solicitor, you will be working autonomously, albeit within a very collaborative team. The work will involve drafting a wide range of contracts, from terms and conditions of trade to joint venture agreements. The work will include: IT contracts E-commerce and distribution Intellectual property rights Data protection Candidate Profile The ideal Commercial Lawyer will demonstrate: Experience as a Commercial Contracts Solicitor Sector experience in sectors including retail, TMT, manufacturing or construction Exceptional client management skills Fantastic negotiation and drafting skills The ability to take on a busy, high quality caseload The desire to be part of a strong team On Offer For this Commercial Lawyer position, you will be rewarded with a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
