The work will be varied which will make for an interesting role, it will be a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work and will fluctuate from time to time. You could be either from a Contentious or Non-contentious background as the department can complement your strengths and interests. This is an exceptional vacancy for Construction Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit here on the amount of experience). They offer services to both public and private sector companies from medium size to FTSE 250 companies. The work would include; Construction Dispute and resolution, Adjudication, Professional Negligence and Non-contentious work.
