Overview

Our client, a well-established firm who are highly regarded across the West Midlands for their residential conveyancing department, are looking for an experienced and dedicated conveyancing fee earner to join their Edgbaston team. The successful candidate will gain a competitive salary and benefits package along with a role that can offer them exposure to good quality work and development opportunities. They will run a broad and fast-moving traditional residential conveyancing caseload that will encompass matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and new build. The ideal candidate will be a personable and proactive residential conveyancing fee earner with at least 12 months experience of managing their own caseload. However, you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
