Overview
We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Business System Specialist to join the team based in the London HQ. You will be joining one of the UK's leading property organisations on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to support and deliver change, and also liaise with Dwellant to identify and establish and additional business needs and implement any development work. Key Accountabilities; You will be the key liaison with Dwellant - Experience with this software is a must. you’ll have acquired a strong IT skill set with knowledge of MS Office Suite, OneNote and MS Outlook you’ll have a solid working knowledge of Dwellant property Management systems and running reports around, capacity, performance and usage. you’ll have had experience maintaining and administering systems and proposing innovative solutions after identifying business inefficiency. you’ll have experience training and educating users of a system and related processes. you enjoy problem solving, planning, organising and pay great attention to detail you’re always looking for opportunities to drive performance and contribute to amazing results. your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships and ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
