Customer Services Manager - Fast growing, modern business - £25-28k Customer Service Manager, Utilities Client, Busy Utilities company, Complaints, Team Management Customer Services Manager Your new company Busy Utilities company is looking to appoint a Customer Services Manager as part of their Senior Management Team. Based in the city centre in their modern offices this role will be at the forefront of driving this department forward Your new role Heading up a busy Customer Service team with 3 major functions Driving performance improvement and stretching team goals Team leadership Complaint resolution What you'll need to succeed Customer Experience management/ business improvement or insight role Understanding/ use of customer voice and operational measures in creation, analysis and reporting capacity (including root cause analysis) - with a view to driving change/improvement and/or governance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally coming from a regulated environment but this is not a necessity What you'll get in return Competitive salary, good benefits structure and the chance to really shape a developing successful department.
