Overview
Are you a .NET Developer who wants to work on a greenfield project using the latest tech stack? Do you want to take your career to the next level? If you answer yes to both questions then this role is for you We are a SaaS company, the world 1 video ad delivery to broadcasters. We pioneered the use of Cloud architecture for media distribution back in 2007 (a time when most companies still delivered ads hardcopy by pushbike), allowing us to dominate the commercial distribution market, now sitting as 1 or 2 in most markets with a sizeable annual revenue. We are connected to 14,000 broadcasters across 100 countries, with permanent offices in 35 locations. We're currently looking for .Net Developers who will be building a public-facing API into our existing digital media system, which will further automate video advertising for our clients. The architecture has been drawn out and documented, it now needs to be integrated and fully tested so that it's ready to deploy in about six months using Jenkins, Docker, and CircleCI. To be successful as a .Net Developer you will need to have : Experience in developing or consuming APIs Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/etc) Understand the benefits of test-driven development (TDD) In return, as a .Net Developer, you will get to work on challenging projects within a robust Agile environment, with the chance to receive the training needed to serve as a Scrum Master as well. In addition, you can expect to gain exposure to multiple AWS technologies, using S3 buckets, CloudWatch, Lambdas and potentially Elasticsearch. Beyond that, you'll be writing in C# and utilizing Git, Jenkins, and CircleCI. Further down the line, you'll then be able to step into a more senior-level position, taking on new responsibilities and expanding your skillset.
